What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Provide basic information about services and procedures
Direct calls to the appropriate departments
Support front desk operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a medical office or ophthalmology setting is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
