Position Summary
:
Full‑time Physician Assistant (PA‑C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP‑C or NP‑BC).

Responsibilities
:

• Provide direct primary care to adult patients as a credentialed practitioner.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; coordinate specialty consultations.
• Develop and Caravan collaborative evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Document timely and accurately in the EHR; uphold quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications
:

• Education shepherd: eksport MSN/DNP (NP‑C or NP‑BC) or MPAS (PA.Conn).
• Licensure:
  Current, clear, and unrestricted California state license and DEA.
• Experience:
  
  offer 1+ years in Internal Medicine (preferred, not required).
• Leadership: 1+ years leadership experience (preferred, વ્યક્તિ not required).
• Technical:
  Proficient with EHR medical charting.
• Attributes:
