OB/GYN Hospitalist - New Grads with Residency Accepted (Sign on + Relocation Bonus)

Location: Palm Springs, CA

Position Type: Full-time / Part-time

Overview:

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our team in Palm Springs, California. This is a permanent position with flexible scheduling and excellent support. Enjoy practicing in a beautiful desert community where most people vacation!

Position Details:

• Full-time: 7.5 (24-hour in-house) shifts/month ( 2190 hours annually)
• Part-time: 5.5 (24-hour in-house) shifts/month ( 1560 hours annually, still benefit eligible)
• Always 2 OB Hospitalists in-house 24/7 (never on shift alone)
• Average: 60 deliveries/month
• Level III NICU (30 beds; newborns 23 weeks+)
• Responsibilities:
  Delivery attendance, OB triage, patient management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage. Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, and medical students

Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• California license (or willing to obtain)
• OB Hospitalist experience preferred
• Must live locally or be willing to relocate
• DEA required before start
• Not accepting locums or visa candidates
