Korzen Health is partnering with a premier not-for-profit healthcare system in the Palm Springs, CA region to expand its Family Practice-Primary Care team. We are seeking an additional skilled Family Practice-Primary Care Physician to join an established group of providers. There is a relocation requirement if the candidate is not already located in the Palm Springs, CA area. The candidate must live within a short commuting distance of the community.

• Clinical workload includes approximately 50 patients per week, with a patient panel capped at 900 local community members.
• Position entails 36 hours per week of outpatient patient care, supplemented with some inpatient responsibilities specific to the physician’s patient panel.
• On-call duties consist of phone consultations during weekends only, with no night shifts; on-call frequency varies by clinic.
• Secure patient communication via email portal with a required response turnaround time of 24 hours.

• Competitive base salary complemented by quality and RVU-based bonuses, with uncapped earning potential.
