The inside sales representative is responsible for building relationships with customers. They provide excellent service and assist with any inquiries. They source new sales opportunities and maintain and expand our database of prospects.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound website or phone lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our company.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Make a minimum of 65 telephone calls each workday.
• Purchase components on behalf of B2 Micro Technologies and provide accurate information for processing purchase orders.
• Make sales to customers.

• Proven inside sales experience.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Works well with others and as a team member.
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferred; the company will provide industry‑specific training.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software (Excel specifically), email, and phone systems.

• This is a full-time hourly position.
• Work hours are between 8:30‑5:30 with an hour for lunch.
• This position is eligible for commission in addition to a base hourly wage.

This position reports to the CEO/President. Frequent meetings will be held to ensure the company objectives are being met, training is going well, and questions and goals are reviewed.
