Position: Customer Service Rep(03885) - 32530 Us Hwy 19 N

Domino's is looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to help keep our stores running smoothly. This role requires a friendly attitude, excellent phone, writing and verbal skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer‑service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Deal with customer concerns.
• Handle cash accurately.
• Upsell products.
• Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas.
• Maintain food and portion control.
• Follow hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Prepare food and keep the store clean.
• Perform general cleaning duties.

General

Job Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Communication Skills

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Take and process orders using verbal, written, and telephone skills.
• Use motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F and above in some areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Additional Information

Physical Requirements Standing

• Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Walking

• For short distances and durations.

Lifting

• Bulk product deliveries unladen by hand truck (cases up to 50 lbs).
• Cases lifted from floor and stacked up to 72 inches high.

Carrying

• Large cans (around 3 lb 7 oz) carried from workstation to shelves.
• Pizza sauce weighing 30 lb carried from storage to front of store.
• Trays of dough (≈12 lb each) carried three at a time.

Pushing

• Move trays on dollies (approx 24–30; requires up to 7.5 lb force).
• Trays may also be pulled.

Climbing

• Occasional stair or ladder navigation for sign price changes, wall washing, maintenance.

Stooping / Bending

• Forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station.
• Toe room present but knees cannot flex while standing at this station.
• Duration around 30–45 sec each time, repeated during the day.
• Forward bending also present at front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching / Squatting

• Occasional for stocking shelves and low‑area cleaning.

Reaching

• Continuously moving up, down, and forward.

Hand Tasks

• Eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous hand use.
• Activities frequently require one or both hands.
• Shaping pizza dough requires frequent, forceful use of forearms and wrists.
