This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer located in Palm Harbor, FL. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will be responsible for designing custom kitchen and bathroom spaces tailored to client needs and preferences. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their vision, creating detailed design plans, collaborating with the cabinetry team, and ensuring the seamless implementation of projects.
The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with cabinetry solutions, and supporting the sales process.
- Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design with a strong understanding of space planning and aesthetics
- Excellent skills in Customer Service and Communication to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in Sales with the ability to present and recommend design solutions
- Knowledge of Cabinetry, including materials, finishes, and design applications
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in design software such as 20/20, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools
- Ability to work on-site in Palm Harbor, FL
- Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
