*** Job Summary
** This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an abstract network that can meet quality expectations while providing competitive pricing for our clients. Monitoring, and maintaining statistical metrics on abstractor turn time, coverage, pricing, and quality while ensuring the abstractors are meeting their contractual agreements.
** Essential Functions
*** Maintain external abstractor statistics and external abstract quality metrics on external abstractor network while maintaining integrity and eliminating non-conformities.
* Negotiate prices with external abstractors.
* Review morning report to show orders in area and coordinate with manager
* Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment to abstractors and counties.
* Process all work that is returned by the abstractors physically, including walk-ins and certified copy orders.
* This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
* Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

* ** High School diploma or equivalent
** Experience
* ** 1+ years of relevant industry experience required.
* Document retrieval, assignment services, reconveyances, and property title searches experience required.

* Compensation: $15.00/hr to 18.80/hr

Occasional overtime, weekend shifts, or holiday work may be required based on operational needs.

** Physical Demands and Activities
** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and constantly operate a computer and other office equipment using hands and fingers for fine manipulation, including keyboarding and mouse use. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, such as files and small parcels and/or move boxes weighing up to 30 Prolonged periods of sitting or standing may be required depending on the nature of the work.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g. computer screen).
