As a Driver, you will greet and help customers and work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the smooth running of our golf cart shuttle or courtesy vehicle, ensuring that customers are safe and secure, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons.

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Arrive at each pick‑up location in a timely manner.
• Safely and responsibly operate our courtesy vehicles, following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle by performing daily inspections and cleaning as needed.
• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving.
• Keep track of daily routes and schedules.
• Help fellow team members during busy periods or when needed, promoting unity and cooperation within the department.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger questions and addressing concerns.
• Attend and participate in training and development opportunities to improve driving and customer service skills.
• Go above and beyond to exceed passenger expectations and ensure a positive experience.
• Maximize profitability by providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and clearing debris from areas and vehicles.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs for timely repairs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving record and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented demeanor.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid California driver's license (DL).

• $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
• Vacation/Sick leave for full‑time and part‑time employees.
• Holiday pay for full‑time and part‑time employees.
