Power Of Fitness is seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to schedule consultations, follow up with leads, and support sales and operations teams. This full-time hybrid role focuses on outbound and inbound communication, calendar management, and customer engagement in a fast-paced fitness and wellness environment.

• Make outbound and inbound calls to schedule appointments
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients
• Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars
• Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details
• Provide basic information about services and programs
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
• Coordinate with sales, coaching, or operations teams
• Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times

• 1+ year of appointment setting, call center, or customer service
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and remain professional
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
