DM Shapewear is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at the Shops at Palm Desert Mall. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, sales, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling assistance.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and client relationships.
• Support training, motivating, and supervising sales associates.
• Help meet and exceed store sales goals and performance targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
• Handle opening/closing duties as needed.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish required).
• Retail sales experience (shapewear, fashion, or specialty retail preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
