The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies.

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is required.
