Seasonal Stocking / Fulfillment Associate – Part Time – Palm Desert

Location: Palm Desert

Pay Range: $18.55/hr – $25.97/hr

• Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup and delivery services (including driving and deliveries if assigned).
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies, procedures, traffic, and safety laws (if delivery is an essential job function).

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of retail experience, with 1+ year in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions during the workday.
