• Lead and develop the store team, fostering a positive environment and achieving performance goals.
• Create memorable customer experiences through excellent service.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and oversee daily store operations.
• Manage budgets, analyze sales data, and implement marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

• Proven retail management experience with a successful sales record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer skills.

• Open availability including mornings, days, and nights.
• Minimum 5 days per week, with 44+ hours during peak times.
• Reliable transportation, English proficiency, and ability to perform basic math.

• Prolonged standing, lifting 5-25 lbs, and working in a noisy environment.

• Assistant Manager: $18.38 - $21.50/hr + bonus opportunities.
• Supervisor: $18.50/hr.
