Bistro Server

What you'll do:

• Act as bartender and server for the Bistro, lobby (if applicable) and lounge areas.
• Follows established policies, procedures and core service standards, and assists with food preparation as directed or needed.
• Organizes, orders, stocks and serves food and beverage in the Bistro and adjoining areas such as the lobby or lounge.

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Must meet state specific age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Three years' experience as a Barista or two years' experience as a bartender preferred.
