🧑⚕️ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Job Description

As a CNA at Willow Springs, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to 10-15 residents per shift. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily hygiene, meals, and toileting
• Supporting residents with mobility and comfort
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health
• Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure optimal care

Qualifications:

• Completion of a 75-hour CNA course or state certification
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Availability to work some weekends
