Senior Helpers, a nationally recognized leader in in-home senior care, is opening a new office in the Coachella Valley and is seeking an Operations Manager to help launch and grow this location from the ground up. This is a foundational leadership role with a clear growth path into a Director-level position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excited to take ownership in building systems, supporting caregivers, and delivering excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities- Operations & Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and service coordination
- Implement and maintain operational systems to support growth and compliance
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
- Caregiver Recruitment & Support
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain caregivers
- Support caregiver performance, engagement, and retention
- Partner with HR and recruiting functions to meet staffing needs
- Client & Community Engagement
- Assist with client intake, onboarding, and care coordination
- Support community outreach and referral relationships
- Leadership & Growth
- Collaborate with ownership on business growth initiatives
- Track KPI's and operational performance
- Receive direct mentorship from a Director of Operations with proven success in scaling home care operations
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations, office management, healthcare, or service-based businesses
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Home Care Or Healthcare Experience Preferred (not Required) – Knowledge of California home care regulations is a plus
Base Salary: $85,000 annually
Performance Bonuses:
Up to $15,000 per year (quarterly)
Total Compensation Potential:
Up to $100,000 annually
