JOB DUTIES:

Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from the delivery area, storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

TRAINING:
Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.

COMMUNICATION

SKILLS:

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &

SKILLS:

Basic arithmetic accuracy; precise monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing; motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements; proficiency in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK

CONDITIONS:

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some areas; sudden temperature changes; fumes from food odors; exposure to commercial dust; cramped quarters; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: STANDING, WALKING, LIFTING (up to 60 lb cases), CARRYING (up to 30 lb pizza sauce), PUSHING/PULLING (dolly trays up to 24–30 in), CLIMBING stairs or ladders; REACHING above 72 in or downwards; BENDING, CROUCHING, SQUATTING; frequent use of hands and forearms in pizza dough shaping, using cutters, and handling pizzas and boxes.

JOB DUTIES (delivery):
Deliver product by car to customer doors; deliver flyers, door hangers, or marketing materials; operate vehicle with valid driver license and safe driving record; navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings; carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing; drive within designated delivery area; make several deliveries per shift.

SENSING REQUIREMENTS:
Vision for driving, including night vision; hearing for telephone communication.
