Willow Springs Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that specializes in helping residents recover from surgery, injury, or serious illness. We pride ourselves on personalized care, a fully equipped rehab unit, and a warm, welcoming environment. Our team includes dedicated RNs, CNAs, therapists, and social workers — all working together to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

What You'll Do

As our new Physical Therapist, you'll:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current California PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
