Position Overview
Our growing Company employs a small but mighty team, and the successful candidate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales, studio operations, cleaning, and membership retention. The Wellness Advisor provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and handling merchandise purchases. In addition to strong customer service skills, they must have knowledge of basic computer functions, be able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented, and have a drive and passion for sales and service.
