** Fish IPU/Orange City - could cover the Palm Coast/Altamonte inpatient unit if census requires.

+ Maintains accurate and thorough documentation per Medicare guidelines.

+ Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

+ Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

+ Participates in ongoing professional development and training.

* Associate's of Nursing  (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
