Your Role
As a Manufacturing Operator you will use equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate‑controlled environment to create products and distribute them to customers.
- Set‑up and run manual, automatic and/or semi‑automatic machines and related ancillary equipment in a production / processing operation
- Follow production / process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product. This may include monitoring speed, temperature, diameter measuring equipment, flow meters, gauges, valve position to ensure adherence to production / process specifications.
- Perform in‑process quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopes and micrometers.
- Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
- Jobs may be of short, medium or long duration, requiring frequent change in set‑up and variation in cycle.
- High school diploma / GED
- Dependability, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- $16.67 / hour
- Shift: Fri‑Sun 6 am‑6 pm
- Health, Dental and Vision coverage after 30 days
- 401K with company contribution of 5% plus matching after 90 days
- 88 paid holiday hours per year
- Paid time off (up to 120 hours paid time off after one year)
