We’re on the lookout for a hands‑on Maintenance Mastermind to lead the charge at our Kissimmee, FL resort, keeping our spaces running flawlessly and ready for whatever the Florida sunshine (or storm season) brings.

• Leading daily maintenance operations across Palm Coast and St. Augustine, keeping everything running smooth, safe, and spotless.
• Working alongside your crew—you lead from the front, not from behind a desk.
• Managing preventive maintenance and seasonal projects—because in Florida, preparation is everything.
• Tackling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool systems, and all mechanical things with precision and care.
• Staying ahead of humidity, heat, and coastal wear—our environment is paradise, but it keeps you on your toes.
• Coordinating with other departments and local vendors to ensure quick, high-quality repairs.
• Managing inventory, budgets, and purchase orders like a pro.
• Training and inspiring your crew to deliver top‑notch, eco‑conscious results every day.
• Owning safety, compliance, and emergency readiness—you’ll know the plan before the storm hits.

• 3–7 years of hands‑on maintenance experience and at least 1 year leading a team.
• Fluency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with experience in Florida’s coastal conditions.
• Hold EPA 608 and CPO certifications; knowledgeable in HVAC systems and pool chemistry.
• A working manager—not afraid to grab a wrench, climb a ladder, or solve a problem shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your team.
• Organized, communicative, and calm under pressure.
• Leads with integrity, motivates through action, and never loses sight of the guest experience.
• Committed to sustainability and inclusion—view them as integral parts of work and leadership.
• Flexible to accommodate weekends, weather, or other operational demands.
