Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our growing law firm team. In this role, you will provide legal assistance to lawyers, and Paralegals. The Legal Assistant will communicate with clients, schedule appointments, provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers and other legal professionals;
Manage documents, and communicate with clients and court personnel. Organize legal files, assist with trial preparation and efficient case management. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Appointments and Maintain Attorney's Calendar
• Communicate with clients and witnesses
• Prepare case-specific documents
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• Schedule Depositions and hearings
• Maintain and update documentation
• Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Certification or diploma as a Legal Assistant is preferred
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with document management experience
• Excellent research skills
• Microsoft Office and Case Management experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
