Recreation Attendant

We are seeking a seasonal Recreation Attendants, Supervisor, and a lead to join our team at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Coast, FL. This is an on-site position where you will be responsible for assisting guests with recreational activities, maintaining and organizing recreational equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment. You will also be expected to guide guests regarding available amenities, address inquiries, and deliver outstanding service to enhance their resort experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
• Ability to organize, maintain, and oversee various recreational activities and equipment
• Customer service and problem-solving skills to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks associated with recreational activities and equipment handling
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in CPR/First Aid are a plus
