Talented Medical Solutions is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive care team in Palm Coast, Florida. As an SLP, you’ll assess and treat patients with communication, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and deliver high-quality therapy in an encouraging, patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing impairments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapy sessions and adjust plans as needed

Educate patients, families, and caregivers

Maintain clear and timely documentation

Communicate closely with care teams to support patient progress

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

BLS certification

At least 1 year of recent SLP experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
