Seeking a PTA, Physical Therapy Assistant to cover therapy services in a Palm Coast, FL Assisted Living community: $55/tx

We are an outpatient therapy at home provider in ALFs seeking passionate therapists to deliver top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
• Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members
• Keeps timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy.
• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study
• Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant
