We are seeking a dedicated full-time Construction Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Palm Coast, FL. This is an on-site role where you will manage day-to-day construction operations, ensure safety and quality standards, monitor budgets, and adhere to project timelines. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with subcontractors, supervising construction teams, and addressing challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and manage diverse construction teams effectively.
• Proficiency in budgeting and project control to ensure projects are completed on time and within allocated budgets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Experience in construction management and project execution, including hands‑on expertise in various aspects of the construction process.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Orlando, FL area as required.
