Temp Operations & Event Administrator
A caring, community-focused healthcare provider is hiring a Temp Operations & Event Administrator to support client onboarding, day-to-day operations, and coordination of virtual and in‑person events tied to coaching programs and speaking engagements. This role is a hands‑on, highly collaborative position supporting the founder directly. You’ll be responsible for schedules, client communications, event logistics, and light marketing support. You’ll be the operational glue that keeps programs, people, and events running smoothly.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive administrator who thrives in a purpose‑driven environment, enjoys variety, and can confidently manage clients, events, and moving pieces without needing constant direction.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing client services
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Manage calendars, schedules, and send meeting invites
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person events, workshops, and conferences
- Assist with event planning, audio/visual coordination, and day‑of execution
- Support marketing efforts, including drafting and posting social media content
- Maintain client data, communications, and tracking within CRM and client platforms
- Assist with program coordination across multi‑month coaching offerings
- Collaborate in person as needed for events, planning sessions, and relationship‑building
- 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or client services
- At least 2 years of hands‑on event coordination or event management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with CRM, client management, or marketing platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom
- Experience coordinating calendars, communications, and client workflows
- Comfort supporting marketing, scheduling, and operational tasks simultaneously
- Strong follow‑through, organization, and communication skills
- Must be local to the Palm Coast, FL area to support in‑person collaboration and events
- Flexible hybrid schedule with in‑person collaboration
