Security Officer - Armed Gate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the residential community, including amenity areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or hazards;
Respond to alarms, calls for service, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite staff and/or public emergency services as needed;
Perform security-related access management at gates and/or entry points by verifying authorization, monitoring visitor logs, and assisting with traffic flow during peak periods;
Complete timely security-related reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to supervisors and/or the client representative, and assist with investigations when requested
