Security Officer - Armed Residential Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential streets, amenity areas, and perimeter access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Control access at gates and other entry points by verifying credentials, monitoring visitor entry, and directing traffic flow in accordance with post orders;
Respond to alarms, disturbances, medical calls, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed;
Complete timely reports and daily activity logs, document security-related observations and incidents, and communicate relevant information to onsite management and Allied Universal leadership
