Security Officer - Flex Access Control

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification, authorizations, and visitor logs, and by issuing and collecting passes and/or credentials as required by post orders;
Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, assist with directions and resident requests, and report suspicious activity or policy concerns to Allied Universal supervision and/or property management;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, and the property perimeter, and complete required reports, logs, and shift handoffs
