** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns within the residential community.

+ Monitor and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences to Allied Universal management and/or appropriate authorities.

+ Follow all site-specific post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal.

+ Utilize appropriate communication and reporting tools to document incidents and routine activities as required.

+ Remain alert and prepared to respond as an armed security-related professional in accordance with all applicable laws and Allied Universal protocols.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Possess an armed guard card or license.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
