Seasonal Test Rider

SEASONAL TEST RIDER

We are looking for a Seasonal Test Rider who will report to the Testing Supervisor, and who'll be tasked with riding prototype vehicles and evaluating vehicle performance and handling. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's product development.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Conduct vehicle testing

Execute durability tests and perform engineering tests on prototype vehicles

Evaluate vehicle performance and handling

Report all findings back to department leaders

Work 30+ hours per week during the peak season

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND

COMPETENCIES:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of relevant riding experience

Physically able to operate SSV, ATV, and PWC vehicles

Valid Drivers License with Motorcycle endorsement

Ability to listen and execute instructions

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and drive for long periods of time

Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

Basic/Intermediate computer skills

Basic mechanical skills
