Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team in Palm Bay, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our valued customers in a timely and efficient manner.

* Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers' homes or businesses

* Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage

* Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency

* Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

* Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly

* Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from recipients

* Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies

* Process cash, check, and credit card payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders

* Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed

Qualifications

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required depending on vehicle type

* Previous delivery or driving experience preferred

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools

* Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory

* Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds

* Strong attention to detail for accurate deliveries and record-keeping

* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
