Here'swhat you'd do:
- For this role, you will float between SMT, Post Wave and Assembly.
- Assemble chassis, racks, and other final assembly hardware, and install finished assemblies or subassemblies in them.
- Operate equipment and tools relative to accomplishing assembly, stuffing and prep of prefabricated electronic assemblies and other electro‑mechanical components.
- Adjust or trim materials or hardware to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
- Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro‑mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub‑assemblies.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding and fitting on assembly units.
- SMT Machine Operators are responsible for the set‑up, change‑over, operation and daily maintenance of complex SMT equipment and all associated tooling.
- SMT Machine Operators may also perform SMT Kitting and Assembler/Tester functions (as required) including, but not limited to assembling parts, prepping parts, various assembly testing, soldering, loading/unloading SMT feeders, and part counting/estimating.
- Follow instructions on lot travelers, operation instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sample assemblies, and follow verbal instructions to determine specific duties relative to assembly.

Job Requirements Here's what requirements you'll need:- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years' experience of electronics assembly
- 1+ years' experience of soldering
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
