A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler.

Position Type:
Full Time Contract, Contract to hire.

Duration: 12 months.

Location:

Tempe, Arizona 85281.

• Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of MCP.
• Machine set up, running, and minor preventive maintenance duties. Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Proficient in good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in reading drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
• Clear reading and writing in English.
• Experience to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.

Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour.
