We re looking for a collaborative, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team and help us take our rehabilitation services to the next level.
About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to serve as the sole PT in our clinic. You ll be stepping into an existing rehabilitation structure and refining it to create an even better patient experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports rehab and enjoys working with patients across all age groups. Pediatric and Pelvic floor therapy experience or interest is a bonus but not required.
This is a highly collaborative role—you ll work closely with our chiropractors to develop coordinated treatment plans that optimize recovery, mobility, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one physical therapy care with a focus on sports rehabilitation for patients of all ages.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
- Collaborate closely with chiropractors to ensure seamless, integrated care.
- Refine and enhance existing PT processes, documentation, and workflows.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with state regulations.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in Florida.
- Strong interest in sports rehab; pelvic floor experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
