DescriptionThis position is responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analyses in support of Strategic Missions Division and I C Sector FP&A data requests. The analyst works on a variety of deliverables including Weekly Closure, Monthly Free Cash Flow Reports, MFR Submissions and Quarterly Closures. The role also supports development of the Annual Operating Plan, JSP activitiesattano, HFM/Hyp Fcst data tie‑outs, and other filt ad hoc requests from Accounting, Compliance and other functional teams.
EssentialFunctions
- Serves as primary contact for all Division FP&A activities, including weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to Segment and CHQ for tracking of key metrics.
- Supports identification and monitoring of risk and opportunities to orders, sales, operating income and free cash flow at the Division level.
- Involved in AOP/JSP activities, HFM/Hyp Fcst data tie‑outs, and other ad hoc requests from Accounting, Compliance and other functional wr.; .
- Helps drive working‑capital improvements through reduction of inventory, unbilled and accounts receivable.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional team members and leadership, sharing information clearly and promptly via oral and written communication.
- Drives operational efficiencies consistent with the e3 culture.
- Assists with ad‑hoc requests and special projects regarding Intel and Cyber financials.
- Possesses the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor s degree and minimum four years of related experience; graduate degree with minimum two years of related experience; or no degree but eight years of related experience.
- Experience in FP&A and Program Finance.
- Experience with People Soft queries iemand HFM/Hyp Fcst, Tableau, Microsoft Excel Data Analysis, and other Microsoft Suite products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
