RF Test Technician Security Clearance

Position: RF Test Technician with Security Clearance
Test Engineering Technician to support manual and automated testing of space hardware. Testing may be performed at the circuit card, assembly, sub-system, and/or space vehicle level. Experience handling sensitive hardware, strong computer skills, and strict adherence to documented procedures are required. Prior experience with RF and/or digital technology is required. Essential Functions
Transport test equipment, fixtures, and cables to required testing locations
Set up tests per written documentation and engineering direction
Verify all test equipment is within calibration
Verify all licensed test software is current and not expired
Assemble custom or COTS equipment and fixtures
Perform testing and record required data
Document failures and report anomalies to key stakeholders
Execute automated test software using LabVIEW and/or Test Stand GUIs
Troubleshoot failed assemblies with engineering oversight
Operate RF and/or digital test equipment, including network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, noise figure analyzers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, and power supplies Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or
Associate’s Degree or post-secondary education with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
Ability to obtain a clearance is required Preferred Additional Skills
Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
Experience handling sensitive and fragile hardware, including mating and de-mating high-density and RF connections

Experience with qualification testing, including vibration, thermal, and thermal vacuum testing
