• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for children ages 4‑7 to build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage young learners and foster a lasting passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and extract actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools

• Following pre‑scripted curricula or commercially published scope‑and‑sequence programs

Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting to student behaviors within those systems
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Available to work on-site at one of the following campuses:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
