What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for children ages 4‑7 to build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage young learners and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and extract actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools
- Following pre‑scripted curricula or commercially published scope‑and‑sequence programs
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting to student behaviors within those systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Available to work on-site at one of the following campuses:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
