Lead the development of an AI-powered, scalable literacy program that delivers progress in 2 hours per day and create adaptive workshops. Examine live student data and partner with engineers to develop literacy solutions that extend your influence across hundreds of learners. This position combines direct student engagement with program design to shape individual readers while building a system that delivers foundational literacy across multiple campuses.

• Leading adaptive reading workshops that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
• Examining student performance data to iteratively improve methods and generate actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy tools

• Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and may involve an independent contractor arrangement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
