• Use AI tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction.
• Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious targets.

• Willing to work in‑person in Austin (Georgetown), TX.
• Proven track record of academic excellence—prestigious scholarships, academic Olympiads, National Merit Scholar, dual‑enrollment, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching high‑achieving youth or gifted and talented students.
• Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (adapting instruction, creating assessments, personalizing lessons).
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
