Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to serve as our first point of contact with customers via phone and in person. The role requires standing for long periods and excellent communication skills.

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product for customers.
• Clean equipment and facility as requested.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen monitor.

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Basic math skills to accurately give change.
• Outgoing personality to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (no chairs available).
