Job Description
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic math skills accurately, including giving change.
- Maintain an outgoing, friendly and professional demeanor as the first contact with customers.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Work mainly from a standing position; ability to stand for long periods of time is required.
