Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maintenance Technician at Rawla Narlai Luxury Heritage Hotel in Pali. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular equipment maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting issues, undertaking preventive maintenance tasks, and carrying out repairs to ensure the efficient functioning of hotel facilities. The role also involves supporting industrial maintenance operations to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

The technician will collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are met.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks.
Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.

Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance techniques and practices.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in an on-site environment.
Good communication skills and teamwork abilities to coordinate with various departments.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in maintenance is preferred.
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hospitality or related industry is an advantage.
Technical certifications or relevant training in maintenance or engineering are a plus.
