Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee the early childhood education program at our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher guidance, and ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for pre-primary students.
Supervise and mentor pre-primary teachers to ensure effective classroom management and teaching methodologies.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents through meetings and reports.
Organize fun and educational activities, events, and parent-teacher interactions.
Ensure a safe, child-friendly, and hygienic environment in the pre-primary section.
Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and other necessary documentation.
Collaborate with school management to enhance learning standards and infrastructure.
Stay updated with latest trends in early childhood education and implement best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE/NTT/MTT/Montessori Certification Preferred)
Minimum  3 years of experience  in pre-primary teaching or coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (Both Verbal and Written).
