Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate  Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - English  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a love for literature, and the ability to inspire students to develop critical thinking, communication, and creative writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for middle and secondary school students.
Foster a love for literature, language, and effective communication.
Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools, to enhance learning.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
Encourage participation in debates, elocution, drama, and creative writing competitions.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in English  (B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred).
Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience  (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and composition.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and the ability to motivate students.
Familiarity with modern teaching aids and e-learning platforms.
Creative, patient, and adaptable teaching approach.
