The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience and provide peak coverage as needed. Additional duties may be assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete tasks.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas with hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull heavy loads with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead as needed.
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
