General Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a General Manager for a McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

• Lead the restaurant’s day‑to‑day operations, including hiring, training, motivating, and coaching staff.
• Partner with a senior leader to establish and meet restaurant goals; set department and shift manager objectives.
• Manage department managers and supervise the performance of departments.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Help hire and develop department and shift managers.
• Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.

• Previous experience as a General Manager running high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or quick‑service restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
